Q. Is GX3 underwear made for Asian size? Smaller than American or Western size?
A. Our product is facing to Asian people size and smaller than Western general size.
As a guide, our product is 1 size smaller than Western size.
We suggest that if you usually wear Western S size, please pick GX3 M size.
Also, please refer to “About the size” on our website.
Q. Do you restock sold out items?
A. GX3 underwear product is particular season model so, it will not be restocked after sold out.
Similar items will be released regularly. We will announce by newsletter so that, you must subscribe it.
Q. Do you accept any other payment method other than credit card?
A. Only accept credit card such as, Visa, Master, JCB.
Q. Which countries do you ship?
A. We can ship to countries or areas where EMS delivery service is available.

A. It takes around 3 or 7days in Asia. More than 7days in North America or EU countries.
Q. How can I confirm my tracking number?
A. We will send you your tracking number by e-mail after dispatching.
You can confirm on Post office web site with tracking number.

Q. Can I request GX3 to change my shipping address and arrange a delivery day or time after ordering complete?
A. After shipping, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Please contact the mail service of your country directly.
We cannot fix the arriving date and time.
Q. How do you pack the item?
A. Normally, we use paper bag and blind fold packing.It has no company logo on.
Shipping label is written as follows.

Q. Can you ship my ordered items to the Hotel where I will stay during visiting in Japan.
A. We can dispatch your ordered items to your staying hotel if delivery time could be met your requested day.
After ordering, please tell us by e-mail about the order number and the following contents.
-After ordering we need following info for smooth delivery.
1. The hotel name and address.
2. Reservation number and name.
3. Check in date and check out date.

Q. I'd like to return this garment as it is too big(or too small).
A. Unfortunately We do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Even though you couldn’t pic right size for you.Please make sure our size guide and picked your size once more.
Q. I have got initial defective items. （or wrong items）
A. We are afraid that if you get initial defect or wrong items, please contact us by e-mail and attach some picture of defective part or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.
We will exchange obvious initial defect items (or wrong items) for a replacement.

Q. Does my point have an expiration date?
A. This is indefinite.
